1.1 Check-in between 15:00 and 21:00 hrs unless otherwise agreed with the owners/ hosts.
1.2 Check-out time 10:00 hrs.
1.3 No smoking inside the property.
1.4 No pets
1.5 Children welcome

Payment
2.1 All payments will be pre-paid prior to arrival.
2.2 25% booking fee and deposit
2.3 Remains balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
2.4 Guests are responsible for any damage caused.
2.5 Reservations made within 7 days of anticipated stay refunds not possible.
